Energ Power was founded on November 11th 1986, with the main purpose of performing engineering services and business feasibility in hydro mechanical equipments for industries, with emphasis in hydro electrical power. On March, 1999, the company changed its by laws with the purpose of adjusting itself to the supplying of electromechanical equipments for Generation, energy Transmission and Distribution, Irrigation Dams and Ship Locks.

Ever since, Energ Power has provided a great amount of equipments for hydro power stations, being many of them part of EPC -Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts. Most of these supplying were performed in partnership with great suppliers worldwide.

Recently, Energ Power share control was acquired by the Snef Groupe (France), which now holds over 80% of the Company shares, increasing the results expectations for the years to come.

Today Energ Power is able to provide EPC supplying, Hydro mechanical Equipments, BOP – Balance Of Plant, Substations, Transmission Lines for undertakings of hydro electrical power generation and Irrigation Dam.
